Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For the shipping to be covered, you must contact us FIRST. If you just need to return an item because you do not want it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the initial shipping will not be refunded.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We currently only offering shipping of our items to the United States due to many of our items are heavy or handmade and wont pass through customs in many countries.
Our shipping is a flat rate of $4.00 no matter how many items purchased. We may change that in the future to weight based.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
AS SOON AS YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER IT GETS PRINTED. YOUR ORDER MAY BE READY TO GO IN A SEALED MAILER UPON RECEIVING YOUR REQUEST TO CANCEL. ALL CANCELED ORDERS WILL INCUR A $1 FEE FOR MATERIAL AND TIME LOST ON MY PART.
